PROTOFIRE RECEIVES A GRANT TO NATIVELY INTEGRATE CHAINLINK ON PLASM AND SHIDEN.
Chainlink is excited to announce that Protofire, a development workshop for decentralized protocols, has been selected as a recipient of a community grant to perform a native integration of Chainlink into the Polkadot-based smart contract platform Plasm and and Plasm’s Kusama implementation Shiden. The integration will enable Plasm and Shiden developers to use Chainlink oracles to securely interact with a wide variety of external data feeds and off-chain computations, ultimately creating a more robust smart contract ecosystem. Not only will this bring Chainlink Price Feeds to DeFi projects launching on the Plasm and Shiden networks, but it will open up development for a broader set of use cases across NFTs, gaming, insurance, and numerous other industries.
