ONTO Wallet Integrates FIO to Bring Users an Integrated and Seamless Experience
The Foundation for Interwallet Operability (FIO) is excited to announce the integration of ONTO Wallet, one of the first truly decentralized, cross-chain wallets.
ONTO Wallet integrates the FIO Protocol to help expedite crypto usability via the incorporation of FIO Crypto Handle registration and functionalities, enabling ONTO users to send or receive any type of crypto — including FIO Protocol’s native token, $FIO — to and from the FIO Crypto Handle registered. This integration makes it much easier for ONTO users to create blockchain transactions within their wallet: users are now able to create their own customized FIO Crypto Handle on the @onto domain (e.g. username@onto) via ONTO Wallet and — once the user’s cryptocurrency wallet addresses are mapped — ONTO users can then use the FIO Crypto Handle to send or receive any type of cryptocurrency as easily as sending or receiving fiat.
